Possibly the most striking feature of this home is the fantastic fireplace in the family room. Basics: The high efficiency furnace and air conditioner are only a couple years old and the hot water heater and softener have been recently replaced. The roof is about 8 years old and the cement driveway was replaced a few years ago. The 24 X 24 ft. two-car garage is finished with wallboard and pegboard and the 1,364 sq. ft. unimproved basement does have several amenities (bookcases, workbenches and shelves).
