A gorgeous rock garden constructed by a group called Twelve Tribes, circa 2002-2003.
Druing the past 20 + years, the house has seen two new roof installations, once during 1988 and once as recently as 2003. Most recently, the exterior and interior were painted during July 2001 and then four years later, for almost three whole months duirng July, August and September of 2005, by the best painters in Massachusetts (The Construction Crew of the Twelve Tribes). At this time, each and every window was pulled out, washed, cleaned, glazed and then reinserted. The interior and exterior painting was all done by hand--(Please see exhibits). Other updates: new sills, exterior and interior painting, new chimneys, new bathroom, new tiled floors for kitchen and bathroom plus wood floors for the recreation room, almost 30 new storm windows and much more. Most recently, during September and October, 2005, all new kitchen and laundry appliances were installed, each and every damaged screen or damaged glass pane replaced, except the two that constitute a citation. Also, druing October and November, 2005, the furnace was cleaned, repaired and serviced by the heating company.
