Im trying to help save a life and help us not loose our house, both houses. Im sorry because Im not really suppose to have this on yahoo answers, but I have to. Why am I writing this and asking for help, you may ask? We have a little house for sale in Staatsburg, Ny. We own two houses and then reason why we bought our new house is because it is a perfect opportunity to buy this house. I did this to help sell our house because my friend is under a lot of pressure. He has PTSD ( postramatic stress disorder ) , high blood pressure, and dietbetes. He is in horrible shape, but anyways, we need to sell this house.
About the house:
It is a medium size house right in the village of Staatsburg, Ny. It has 2/3 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms. It is a two story house. If you enjoy playing golf, it is right near the Dinsmore Golf Course. It also has a beautiful view! Staatsburg is a quiet little town with very friendly neighbors. In the village, you can walk to many places such as Mills Mansion, The Woods of Mills Mansion, Norrie Point, and to the park. This quite little house is meant for a young couple or an older couple who likes nature. If you have a dog, then this is a perfect place. At night you can take your dog out on the golf course ( again right near the house ) and let them run free if you trust them enough!
