I will be taking my appliances, however I will be putting a refrigerator and stove in the home. New dishwasher stays with the home. Central Air/Heat has been serviced and their is new duct work under the home. Home is in a five star mobile home park - gated community with two olympic style pools, hot tub, sauna, community club house, and work out facility. Great neigborhood and neighbors and all the free oranges, limes, grapefruits that you can pick right on the lot. We have never had any problems here. Safe environment and pet friendly. We had the home listed for $17,000 which is less than we paid, however jobs have moved to NY and we need to sell the place by the end of April so we have reduced the price to $8,500 or best offer.
